
A few weeks ago, it was too hot to to do much cooking so I made back ribs and spareribs in the Instantpot. All you have to do is liberally season with kosher salt, and stand them upright on the rack over a cup of water. Cook on high for 25 minutes and manually release for 15 minutes. Slather all sides with barbecue sauce and cook in a 450 oven for 10 minutes. I’m sure you could do that last part on a grill if your husband doesn’t take all the propane tanks out to the chicken shelters. #farmlifeproblems
