Great for parties!
Ingredients:
- Meatballs
- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt pepper
- nutmeg
Sauce:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- chopped onion
Meatballs:
- Mix the salt, pepper and nutmeg with the meat.
- Shape into small meatballs (about 1 inch diameter).
- Place on an oven tray and bake at 350F until cooked through, approximately 25-30 minutes.
Sauce:
- In a saucepan, mix all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add cornstarch to thicken.
- Pour over meatballs.
