Our beef is grass-fed and finished and naturally-raised. We age our beef for a minimum of 14 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
All of the chicken we sell is free-range pasture-raised. In addition to the GMO-free grain they are fed, the chickens forage for insects, seeds, and grasses. The varied diet makes for a tastier and healthier chicken.
Our pigs are pastured for the summer months, rooting in the soil and foraging for roots, insects, and grasses. They are also fed a GMO-free grain, brewer’s grain, and scraps from our garden and kitchen.
